door frame coffee facilities
the door frame in my room was hanging off (not a great first impression). there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room or anywhere else in the premises. i would not stay again, even though the rooms were clean and the location is good.

convenient stay Near station
train station best cappuccino rooftop terrace city view
i found the location convenient, especially its proximity to the train station. the staffs are very kind, they offer a BEST cappuccino every morning. the rooftop terrace offers a NICE view of the duomo. i appreciated the little balcony available to see the city.
the shower door didn't seal properly at the bottom, water leaked onto the floor.
Facilities
9/10
The rooftop bar provided a great addition to our stay. I particularly admire the panoramic view of the city. the reception area and rooms were clean.
Dining
8/10
breakfast included a decent spread with satisfactory options available, the lady who makes the coffee is super kind. while selections are limited, essential items are present was good. i never had any complaints.

excellent city stay
convenient location rooftop lounge smooth service
the location was indeed very convenient. i found it easy to walk to the train station and the main attractions (everything is so close!). the rooftop lounge was a highlight, i spent a lot of time up there. the breakfast service was smooth and the food tasted good.
the hotel occupies two floors in an apartment building (this felt a little strange). the reception is on the 5th floor, but rooms are on the 3rd. it wasn't a huge issue, but worth noting.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel features a rooftop terrace that provides city views, and it includes a bar, thus offering a space for relaxation and socializing right on the premises, .
Rooms
8/10
the beautiful king room includes a comfortable king-sized bed and sufficient space (it did feel a bit small to me, though). the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Dining
9/10
breakfast includes a variety of options, i saw cold cuts, cheeses, and pastries. the staff keeps the food stocked (it was nice to not see empty trays). coffee was also good.

rooftop patio decent breakfast misleading description grubby carpet
the rooftop patio offered great sunset views. the breakfast was decent with a nice selection. the location was very convenient. i could easily walk to most attractions.
the hotel description and images were misleading. the entrance to the reception on the 5th floor was run down. i also noticed some grubby carpets in the corridors. some amenities that were advertised did not exist.

sewer gas smell full hotel
The location is convenient, with the train station a short walk away. Stefano gave me a map with useful information upon arrival.
The plumbing wasn't great. The bathroom had a noticeable sewer gas smell. It was unpleasant. I mentioned this to the front desk but they didn't offer solutions, because the hotel was full.
